Welcome to 99 Plate Restaurant. These Delivery Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our delivery services through our website 99plate.com. By placing a delivery order with us, you agree to these Terms.
- Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the following areas: 3 KM Radius Mahadevapura circle Bangalore  Pin Code · Pin code. 560048. If your address falls outside of our delivery zone, we may not be able to fulfil your order.
- Delivery Times
- Delivery is available between 1:00 PM To 11 PM All Days of Operation.
- Estimated delivery time is 60 To 120 minutes but may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
- Order Acceptance and Confirmation
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailable items, incorrect pricing, or suspicion of fraud.
- Delivery Fees and Minimum Order
- A delivery fee of below amount Rs-300 35 Rupees  applies to all orders.
- A minimum order value of 199 may be required to qualify for delivery.
- Any applicable taxes or service charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Payment
- Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our secure online system.
- Accepted payment methods include: Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets,Upi etc…
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can only be cancelled within 3 minutes of placing the order.
- If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refunds full or partial will be processed based on the circumstances and at our discretion.
- Incorrect or Missing Items
- If your order is incorrect or items are missing, please contact us within 5 minutes.
- We may offer a refund, replacement, or credit voucher, depending on the issue.
- Allergies and Dietary Requirements
- Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
- While we strive to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
- Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our delivery service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order will not exceed the total amount paid.

We are open Monday to Sunday from 11;30:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Last seating is at 11:30 PM.

No, we don’t allow any kind of alcohol

Yes, there are some times available next to our restaurant, but we cannot guarantee it, we do not have self-parking facilities.

Yes, we have seasonal promotion, that time gift cards are available for purchase in the restaurant or on our website.
